Introducing our New Volunteer Coordinator

We are delighted to welcome Kate Brooks to our Care Home Volunteer team as our Volunteer Coordinator in Salisbury.

Kate joins us as the process of engaging with new volunteers and continuing with the great support provided to our current volunteers, is picking up pace.

Kate is passionate about the unique role volunteers can play in health and social care settings and the value this brings to everyone involved so is a perfect addition for Care Home Volunteers.

Kate has worked in the charity sector for many years and has a strong interest in volunteering. Having moved to Salisbury in 2003 she spent seven years as Chief Executive of the Citizens Advice Bureau, overseeing a large team of volunteers, before moving to a part-time role at Dorothy House Hospice Care.
